Amanda's Rhinoplasty Part 2: Markings and Columellar Incisions
Warning! This video contains graphic content of a real patient having surgery. Do not watch if you will be offended. Dr. Buonassisi begins by placing markings and then a z shaped incision in Amanda's columella (the fleshy part between the nostrils). The incision is strategically made in a z shape so that it will be very difficult to see once healed.
