What does a non-surgical facelift do? There are plenty of reasons why a non-surgical facelift is one of the quickest, easiest, and best alternatives to a facelift that’s a popular choice among our patients:

What is a non-surgical facelift?
A facelift without surgery, also called a liquid facelift, uses a combination of dermal fillers and neuromodulators to treat or prevent signs of aging by smoothing wrinkles and plumping areas that hollow out as we get older.
Carefully placed injections target the specific areas that you’re concerned with, and your treatment plan is fully customizable to your unique anatomy and beautification or anti-aging goals.
A nonsurgical facelift uses a strategic combination of neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and we use only gold-standard injectable products to ensure the best results possible. Neuromodulators relax targeted facial muscles smooth out dynamic wrinkles around the eyes, between the brows, and in the forehead that form from repeated frowning or raising our eyebrows. Dermal fillers plump, restore volume, and contour areas of your face, like the cheeks, lips, jawline, and temples to make them look more youthful and defined.
It’s important to note that a nonsurgical facelift won’t produce the same level of results as a surgical facelift, so there are some limitations to what this type of treatment can and cannot do. For example, a nonsurgical facelift won’t remove excess skin or lift drooping features. Patients who are accepting of these limitations can fully enjoy the beautiful results of their non-surgical facelift.
Who is a candidate for a non-surgical facelift?
A non-surgical facelift may be the ideal way for patients with mild to moderate signs of aging to effectively treat their areas of concern without the need for an invasive procedure. Patients who have realistic expectations and desire subtle and natural anti-aging benefits will love the results of a non-surgical facelift that treats these areas:

How is a non-surgical facelift performed?
During your nonsurgical facelift session, your expert injector will skillfully place your optimal combination of neuromodulators and dermal fillers in areas of the face that your treatment plan calls for.
No sedation is required during your procedure, as neuromodulators and Dysport injections are relatively painless pricks, and many dermal fillers contain lidocaine, which is a local anesthetic that will make you more comfortable during your treatment session. We are extremely selective with our injectables products, using only those that meet the highest standards set by the FDA and Health Canada such as Botox and Dysport.
Depending on the number of areas you’ve chosen to target, the process can take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour or more. You can return to the rest of your day immediately after, although some patients experience some bruising and swelling, which can be treated with ice and will fade within a few days.
What should I expect with a non-surgical facelift treatment?
A non-surgical facelift results in a brighter, less tired, and more youthful appearance, all in a way that looks and feels natural. You’ll see the effects of the dermal fillers right away, and the neuromodulators will show their full effect within two weeks after your treatment.
As with any injectable treatment, the results of a non-surgical facelift aren’t permanent, but you’ll be able to enjoy your “lift” and refreshed look for 3 months and up to about a year (depending on the areas treated) before coming back to see us for follow-up maintenance sessions.
How long does a non-surgical facelift last?
The results of a non-surgical facelift can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the types of injectables used. Dermal fillers typically last 6-18 months, while collagen-stimulating treatments like Sculptra can provide results for up to 2 years with maintenance.
What injectables are used in a non-surgical facelift?
Common injectables for a non-surgical facelift include:
- Dermal Fillers (Hyaluronic Acid) – Adds volume and contours the face (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane).
