Why Can't You Completely Fix a Twisted Nose?
A twisted nose is one that leans to one side or the other on front view. It is not possible to completely straighten a twisted nose because it isn't possible to completely straighten cartilage. Think of cartilage as a flexible material with natural curves and and intrinsic shape. This material wants to go back to its original shape no matter what modifications are made to it. We can improve on the twisted cartilage but as with all things in nature, straight lines are rare.
