& cancellations
Your time is important to our team and all efforts are made to accommodate your schedule and keep you on time. To facilitate the smooth running of the clinic and timely appointments for all of our patients, we ask that you observe the following cancellation/rescheduling guidelines.
Medical Aesthetics
To cancel or reschedule your consultation, we require a minimum of 48 hrs notice in advance of your appointment time, after which you are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Surgical Consultations
To cancel and receive a refund of your consultation fee or to reschedule, we require a minimum of 5 business days notice in advance of your appointment time, after which your consultation fee becomes non-refundable.
All patients must provide a credit card number to secure their Skin Consultation or Surgical Consultation booking, which is taken over the phone. Please have your card information ready when booking your appointment.
